I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Steve West, my son Christopher Grotke, and Lise LePage today about my books and Chris' influence on content and illustrations. He is featured in several chapters of "But You Don't Look Funny," and also inspired some events in "Mother's: A novel of hoarding, friending and mischief," plus he illustrated a number of my children's books.
