Moonbeam medal

I was thrilled to learn last night that Earthquake Surprise, book 9 in my Bailey Fish Adventure series, took a bronze medal in the 2012 Moonbeam Children's Book Awards in pre-teen fiction. The book has been well received kids and adults, and I'm overjoyed that it has been recognized with a medal. Book 8 recently received a gold medal for Best Children's Fiction in the President's Book Awards sponsored by the Florida Publishers Association. It's been a banner week. My books are available in print and are on Kindle and Nook.

Gold medal

I'm thrilled that Treasure in Sugar's Book Barn, book 8 in the Bailey Fish Adventure series, has earned a gold medal for Best Children's Fiction in the 2012 Florida Publisher's Association's President's Book Awards. Treasure has already received three other honors: A silver medal in the Moonbeam Children's Book Awards, first place in the Virginia Press Women's Association awards, and was an Eric Hoffer finalist. They are all wonderful honors.
